Apply nowLocation:850 76th Street S.W. - Byron Center, Michigan 49315Job Description:Position Overview:This role is responsible to provide administrative support to assigned National Accounts to include, but not limited to, preparation and distribution of department records, maintaining system data such as customer, item and pricing information, taking action against customer requests and issue escalation. Responsibilities must be handled in a confidential, timely and professional manner.What you'll do: Support customer, vendor and item setups (UPC codes); responsible for the data entry and administration of the department record keeping system(s) and/or the maintenance of various department files in accordance with company policies and proceduresEnter orders into the system as required in a timely and accurate mannerTrack, maintain, update and correct orders in the system and resolve routine issued as necessary.Ensure customer issues are addressed in a timely manner; follow issues through to completion and partner with other departments as necessary to ensure resolutionCompile data and/or conduct research for inclusion in reports, and prepare reports as required for internal and/or external customersInform clients of unforeseen delays or problemsAbility to work independentlyAssist department with special projects and assignments as requestedWhat you'll need:Associates degree or combination of education and experience2-3 years of experience in customer service, wholesale, retail, or supply chain operationsGood written and verbal communication skillsMust have good organizational, prioritization and attention to detail skillsMust have strong data entry skillsAbility to maintain confidential information and dataAbility to exercise limited discretion and independent judgement to respond appropriately to routine administrative needsShould have basic knowledge of company operations and organizational proceduresProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Physical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
