Description and Requirements Ensure Premium's client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability. Execute retail merchandising activities to connect customers with the brands they love. Whats in it for you? Flexible schedule, MondayFriday. Health plan options, including no?copay telemedicine, regardless of hours worked. What will you do? Locate merchandise in the backroom of Walmart stores to place product on the floor. Stock and pack out products to help shoppers find what they need. Front?face products to keep shelves visually appealing. Receive marketing and promotional materials at home and bring them to the store. Install promotional materials as outlined in instructions. Build displays to showcase client products. Answer simple, step?by?step questions using Premiums field technology on your mobile device. Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success. Represent Premium and Prime clients in assigned Walmart store(s). Partner with Walmart store management and associates to get the job done. Collaborate with your direct manager via email, phone, or text. How will you succeed? Own your store(s) and build strong relationships with Walmart associates. Work independently while representing the Walmart family. Communicate effectively with store associates, managers, and Premium team members. Leverage support from Premiums nationwide network. Contact Premiums Operations Support Center for help. Complete work within the provided timeframe. Follow detailed instructions closely. Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Report work on the same day it is completed. What tools do you need for the job? Reliable transportation to travel between retail locations. A smartphone with data and internet access to report and upload photos.
