We are a rapidly growing law firm that has expanded from a small practice to a large-scale operation with 24 offices and 600 users. We are currently rolling out the Litify platform, which has been in development for two years and is set to launch in two weeks. We are looking for a skilled Salesforce/Litify Support Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis with the potential for a full-time role in the future.
Salesforce/Litify Support Administrator Job Details
As a Salesforce/Litify Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Litify platform rollout and ongoing administration. You will work closely with our Litify admin to handle help desk tickets, ensure user profiles are set up correctly, and assist with various backend tasks. This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce, Litify, and the legal industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for the Litify platform, addressing help desk tickets related to login issues, multifactor authentication, training requests, and workflow enhancements.
- Collaborate with the Litify admin to ensure all user profiles are mirrored and support future platform development.
- Assist with data loading, managing Excel sheets, and assigning users to teams.
- Create and modify reports and dashboards, ensuring they meet the needs of the leadership team.
- Engage with legal personnel to understand their issues and provide courteous and effective solutions.
- Maintain and update the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and communication of issues.
- Participate in initial screenings and onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Salesforce/Litify Support Administrator Mandatory Skills
- Strong understanding of Salesforce and Litify platforms.
- Experience working in a law firm or legal industry setting.
- Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and provide necessary work authorization documentation.
- Experience with remote work, preferably in the East Coast time zone.
- Proficient in data loading, Excel, and creating reports and dashboards.
Salesforce/Litify Support Administrator Desired Skills
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus.
Salesforce/Litify Support Administrator Start Date
The position is for 3 months with the potential for a full-time hire in August.
Salesforce/Litify Support Administrator Location
This position is remote, with a preference for candidates located on the East Coast. The role is based in Atlanta, Georgia, United States.
