Join Our Team as a Construction Estimator At MC Aquatic Construction we are on the hunt for a skilled Construction Estimator to enhance our dynamic team. This role is crucial for analyzing project details and blueprints to deliver accurate and competitive cost estimates that align with client and project requirements.

What You Will Do:

Analyze Complex Project Documents: Review detailed project plans, specifications, and blueprints to determine comprehensive cost estimates.

Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to consolidate all necessary data for precise estimation.

Utilize Advanced Software: Leverage leading tools like Bluebeam or ProEst to create detailed and accurate cost breakdowns for materials, labor, and equipment.

Negotiate and Bid: Prepare competitive bid proposals and negotiate costs with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure favorable terms.

Budget Monitoring: Keep track of project financials throughout the construction phase to ensure expenditures remain within the budgetary constraints.

Optimize Costs: Partner with our construction management team to discover cost-saving strategies that maintain our high standards of quality.

What We Need From You:

Experienced and Knowledgeable: Solid background in construction estimating and project management.

Technical Proficiency: Strong ability with construction estimating software like Bluebeam and ProEst.

Educational Background: Bachelors degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Strong Analytical Skills: Exceptional mathematical skills necessary for precise cost calculation and analysis.

Negotiation Expertise: Robust negotiation abilities to ensure the best prices from subcontractors and suppliers.
