Job Summary:Are you an experienced Financial Controller with a knack for strategic financial guidance? We're on the lookout for a talented individual to join our team. As a Financial Controller, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing all financial activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing invaluable insights to our management team.Responsibilities:- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to uphold financial integrity.- Prepare and meticulously analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to guide decision-making.- Manage cash flow, cultivate banking relationships, and ensure prompt payment of invoices.- Oversee payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate compensation for our dedicated team.- Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends, seize opportunities, and mitigate risks.- Monitor profit and loss statements, offering recommendations for enhancement.- Collaborate with internal teams to craft insightful financial forecasts and budgets.- Coordinate seamlessly with external auditors for annual audits and tax filings.- Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial management.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is advantageous.- Prior experience in the construction, manufacturing, or commercial building service sectors.- Demonstrated expertise as a Financial Controller or in a similar role.- Deep understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.- Proficiency in financial management, planning, and analysis.- Skilled in payroll processing and well-versed in tax regulations.- Exceptional negotiation skills for managing vendor contracts.- Solid technical accounting skills with experience in corporate or governmental accounting.- Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex financial data.- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.Why Join Us:If you're driven and experienced in financial management, we invite you to apply.
