Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Team Lead to join our team. The IT Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and management of IT systems, including electrical, access control, cabling, and warehouse technology, to support our logistics operations. This position reports directly to our Director of Organizational Systems and to our Vice President of Commercial activities.

Responsibilities: • Build, Lead and supervise the IT team in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, including hardware, software, networking equipment, and security systems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IT infrastructure solutions that meet the company's operational requirements and standards. • Manage the installation and maintenance of security systems, access control systems, and cabling infrastructure to ensure reliability, efficiency, and compliance with safety regulations. • Oversee the implementation and integration of NetSuite warehouse technology systems, such as warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking systems, to optimize warehouse operations and enhance productivity. • Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, wiring diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs), to support IT operations and ensure consistency and accuracy. • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement solutions to minimize downtime and maximize system availability. • Conduct regular inspections and audits of IT infrastructure, equipment, and facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements. • Provide technical expertise and support to end-users, including training, troubleshooting, and assistance with IT-related issues and inquiries. • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions and best practices for enhancing IT infrastructure and operations.

Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; additional certifications in relevant areas such as electrical systems, access control, or warehouse technology preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems administration, with a focus on installation, maintenance, and support of hardware, software, and networking infrastructure. • Strong technical knowledge and experience with electrical systems, access control systems, cabling infrastructure, and warehouse technology solutions. • Proficiency in networking concepts, protocols, and security principles, with hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting network devices and systems. • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead a team, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and communicate technical information to non-technical audiences. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a passion for staying updated on emerging technologies and best practices in the IT field #J-18808-Ljbffr
