We offer comprehensive commercial building maintenance and cleaning services, including daily janitorial, carpet cleaning, floor stripping and coating, pressure washing, sanitizing, and building repairs. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of office suites, restrooms, and outdoor and indoor common areas. Use and understand the appropriate cleaning products and methods. Work with reliability, efficiency, and a high commitment to service excellence. Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and self-discipline in all tasks. Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers. Qualifications Experience in janitorial or housekeeping preferred but not required. Ability to work efficiently and follow specific directions. Clear and effective communication skills; basic English proficiency required. Strong prioritization and time?management skills. Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
