Job Description Green Rabbit, recently acquired by Performance Food Group and working under their Vistar Retail Segment, is a cold storage facility looking for an OVERNIGHT Warehouse Supervisor Sunday - Wednesday 7:00PM - 6:00AM. Ensures efficient and accurate warehouse operations while maintaining a safe work environment. Functions as a team member within the department and organization as required and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company. Primary Responsibilities: Supervise warehouse and administrative staff including hiring, scheduling, training, establishing job standards, and evaluating performance. Lead and manage associates with confidence and accountability, fostering a productive overnight team. Monitor and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure orders are fulfilled and trucks are dispatched on time, maintaining customer satisfaction and operational reliability. Work autonomously, making quick decisions and adjusting plans as needed to maintain efficiency and service quality. Manage wave planning and execution to ensure optimal workflow throughout the shift. Ensure timely, accurate, and complete order pulling; verify that all orders are loaded in sequence and in full, and that all paperwork is properly completed. Oversee product receiving and stocking, ensuring proper rotation and adherence to first-in/first-out procedures. Promote strong service quality through personal example and clear communication of expectations to associates. Coordinate pick planning with the Warehouse Manager. Utilize the Company's Warehouse Management System and available technologies to plan daily volume, maximize productivity, and analyze performance data. Maintain warehouse security, including locking the facility and setting alarms after the night shift. Ensure safe operation of all material handling equipment and compliance with Company health and safety programs. Promote a culture of safety by reinforcing guidelines during daily team meetings and ongoing observations. Perform other related duties as assigned.
