Job DescriptionWhat You Will Be DoingThis position is part of a team supporting F-16 fighter aircraft Modifications, Upgrades and Overhaul (MUO) repair operations part of a Contract-Field Team (CFT) designed to support global tasking/operations. This position will be based at Osan AB, Korea supporting 1st or 2nd shift operations, however travel to other sites prior to relocation may be required based on customer needs. This position may require travel on short notice as maintenance events occur. Additional requirements and responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Candidate must be a self-starter, and able to make timely decisions about a variety of maintenance disciplines. Learn more here: Global DEI.Basic Qualifications- 2-4 years Quality Assurance experience on Fighter Aircraft in Modification and/or Maintenance environment- Ability to read/interpret engineering drawings/instructions; system schematics/blueprints; and technical policy/maintenance instructions- Demonstrated ability to identify and understand non-conformities as they relate to safety-of-flight inspections, procedural breakdowns, and/or program (process) audits - Experience with Quality Management System (QMS) internal audit processesDesired skills- F-16 aircraft maintenance experience- Electro-environmental or avionics background- Familiar with DCMA Instruction 8210.1C associated in aircraft ground operations and maintenance procedures- Familiar with Air Force Instruction (AFI) 21-101- Experienced with conducting Process Compliance Surveillance Program (PCSP) audits - Familiar with International Standards Organization (ISO) 9001:2015 & AS9100 aviation standards- Experience with evaluating process compliance, write/review Corrective Action Preventative Action (CAPA) reports, perform root cause analysis and validate quality processes, responses and plans- Quick Response Team or Contractor Field Team experience- Capable of conducting teleconference and/or briefing (presentation) to management/customer- Excellent organizational, administration, Microsoft Office Suite, and computer skillsEEOLockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
