This candidate will be responsible for implementing new control systems, maintaining existing control systems and implementing prevention controls in a food processing and packaging plant. They will develop systems with PLC and HMI programming and electrical controls design. Need to have a basic understanding of EIP networking systems.
Requirements:
1) 5-7 years experience with Rockwell Automation Allen Bradley Controls
a) RSLogix 5
b) RSLogix 500
c) RSLogix 5000
d) Studio 5000
e) RS Linx
f) Factory Talk View SE/ME
2) Proficient in low/medium AC drives and servo drives.
a) Setup and programming.
3) Motor control build and design.
4) Control panel build and design.
5) Proficient in AutoCAD.
a) Can build and modify schematics with AutoCAD.
6) Proficient in sensor instrumentation and functionality.
a) Inductive, capacitive, photoelectric, pressure, flow, temperature, level, encoders, light curtains
Additional Bonus Skill Sets:
1) Robotic Programming Fanuc
2) Vision Systems Cognex
3) Networking
4) Experience in food/beverage industry/dairy.

c) Valve and pump
4 day work week.
