Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. Your primary responsibilities will include performing front desk duties, managing guest relations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Perform front desk duties such as check-in, check-out, and handling guest inquiries

- Manage guest relations by addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the night shift

- Conduct night audits to ensure accuracy of financial transactions and resolve any discrepancies

- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and financial transactions

- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls

Experience:

- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management is preferred

- Strong knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures

- Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service

- Proficient in using phone systems and demonstrating proper phone etiquette

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
