IntePros is currently looking for a Finance FP&A Operations Manager to join one of our premier Pharmaceutical/Medical device clients in Jersey Shore, PA. The Finance FP&A Operations Manager will be the primary finance business partner to the Site Director and responsible for all financial analysis, reporting and monitoring of results for the manufacturing site(s).Finance FP&A Operations Manager Responsibilities:Oversee the detailed financial planning, reporting, and analysis of the manufacturing plant, providing in-depth analysis to the Site Director, VP Operations, Corporate FP&A team and/or Finance leadership teamResponsible for all monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis of actuals vs budget/forecast for the site. This includes production variance analysis, working capital reviews, capital expenditures and other analysis to support the site.Partner with the Site Leadership Team to provide relevant data and insights to establish operational and financial goal alignment, lead performance reviews and recommend/drive actions to achieve operational targetsLead the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes for the site, which supports the global processes managed by the Corporate FP&A organization.Lead the digitization of the site leveraging SAP, Power BI, and other technologies to drive real time decision making.Lead and support the alignment of the FP&A Operating Model across the site, leveraging best practices across the organization to drive consistency among sites.Work with plant and global supply chain to analyze and forecast inventory and understand its impact on working capital targetsEngage in monthly S&OP process at site level to establish production and absorption forecastInteract with cross-functional teams that include Controllership, Financial Planning and Analysis, Operations, Treasury, Tax, and others, as necessary, ensuring accuracy and consistency of information exchangeParticipate in or lead global/regional FP&A initiatives and other special projects/duties assigned, as necessaryMaintain appropriate internal controls at the site and ensure cross-functional complianceCoordinate and prepare capital project financial models and related business case assessmentPartner with Commercial FP&A on business cases where requiredOther duties as assigned Finance FP&A Operations Manager Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance8-10 years of financial, planning and analysis experience in a manufacturing environment preferredFinance FP&A Operations Manager Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:MBA, CMA and/or CPA preferred.Demonstrated success in working across multiple levels of the organization including senior leadershipExceptional financial acumen including strong analytical, financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skillsA proven track record as an effective business partner with a strong internal customer service focusManufacturing ERP experience and cost accounting principlesSkills in assessing and prioritizing multiple tasksExcellent problem solving, process improvement and organizational skillsGood interpersonal skills and the ability to present concepts and results in a concise manner to all levels of the organizationUnderstanding the 'what' and the 'why' behind resultsSelf-starter being able to work independentlyProficiency in Microsoft ExcelExperience with business intelligence tools, SAP S/4 Hana preferred.Understanding of GAAP and internal control mechanismsAble to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description #LI-MF1
