Our ideal candidate will be engaged, hands-on, and prepared to operate a "best in class" resort Lake Blackshear Resort has 88 rooms, villas and lake cabins. Classic, minimalist-style on beautiful 8800 acre cypress lake with restaurant, bar, fitness center, conference center, marina with a lake restaurant, 18 hole-golf course designed by Denis Griffiths, hunting preserve, fishing and family/childrens programs. We are managed by the Southeast's premiere hospitality management company, Coral Hospitality.

**Summary:** Maintain guest rooms, public areas, and hotel premises are clean.

Keep Room Attendants supplied with sheets, towels, and other linen required to remake or refresh guest rooms. Transports clean linen to storage areas.

Remove used linen from rooms and deliver to the laundry department.

Clean rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture.

Moves furniture for cleaning.

Remove trash collected by room attendants.

Clean pool area of towels and trash.

Cleans water fountains and ice machines.

May use blowers or pressure washer to clean out of doors areas.

Must maintain a friendly attitude at all times with guest and coworkers.

**Minimum Requirements: Must have a valid drivers license. Must be able to lift 25 pounds frequently and 50 pounds or more occasionally. Must have two years of verifiable job history. Prior experience doing similar work in a hotel, hospital, restaurant, laundry is preferred but not required.**
