Oversee design verification and validation builds , perform data analysis, develop inspection procedures , validate inspection procedures, write process validation protocols , write process validation reports. Support CMO transfer activities. o What will the work schedule be? Can any overtime be expected? 8am-5pm; No overtime. Occasionally may get OT during peak project periods. o Will there be any travel involved? No. Occasionally may be needed at CMO if there's an urgent need o Will you consider remote work? If yes, will they need to be in a specific time zone? No remote work considered. o What are your top 3 required technical skills? Must haves? Test method development, device builds in cleanroom, and risk management . o What are nice to have skills? New product development experience, receiving inspection, design verification o Is there anything that would automatically disqualify a candidate? Job Responsibilities: * Study time, motion, methods, and speed involved in maintenance, production, and other operations to establish standard production rate and improve efficiency. * Interpret engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, or formulas and confer with management or engineering staff to determine quality and reliability standards. * Read worker logs, product processing sheets, and specification sheets, to verify that records adhere to quality assurance specifications. * Aid in planning work assignments in accordance with worker performance, machine capacity, production schedules, and anticipated delays. * Prepare charts, graphs, and diagrams to illustrate workflow, routing, floor layouts, material handling, and machine utilization. Skills: * Creativity, verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem solving ability. * Team player and detail oriented. * Ability to make sketches, engineering drawings and common computations. * Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawing, schematics and computer-generated reports. * Previous experience with computer applications and software related to engineering field, such as Computer Aided Design (CAD). Education/Experience: * Bachelor's degree in engineering required. * 2-4 years experience required.
