Machinist Ii Job Title: Machinist Ii - Direct Hire First Shift 6:00am-2:30pm $28-35/hr Responsibilities: Set up and operate Cnc Turning Machines Utilize Fanuc Controls For Program Edits Work With Blueprints, Tooling Instructions, And Work Instructions Responsible For Documentation And Quality Inspection Compute Data Such As Dimensions, Rotation Speeds, Feed Rates, And Machining Times Collaborate With Supervisors, Programmers, Engineers, And Support Teams To Resolve Issues Rotate Between Various Department Work Centers As Required Load And Unload Component Piece Parts Weighing Up To 25 Lbs Essential Skills: At Least 4+ Years Of Machining Experience Ability To Set Up Own Cnc Machines Experience With G&M Codes Proficiency In Reading Blueprints And Using Shop Math High School Diploma Or GED Additional Skills & Qualifications: Experience With Cnc Setup, Cnc Mills, And Machine Shop Operations Familiarity With Haas, Okuma, And Mazak Machines Knowledge In Precision Machining And Aerospace Industry Standards Competence In Using Tools Such As Calipers, Micrometers, And Vertical Mills Job Type & Location: This Is A Permanent Position Based Out Of Twinsburg, Oh.
