Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack JavaScript Developer who will be responsible for the growth & maintenance of our proprietary platforms & will be instrumental in delivering technology solutions. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, extremely proficient in JavaScript with a focus on ReactJS 16 & Node.JS & has 5+ years professional experience. Contribute to all aspects of application development including functional & technical specifications, design, development & production support. Ensure high quality of deliverables while complying with development best practices. This is a terrific opportunity for a Senior Full Stack JavaScript Developer who has a strong interest in the financial markets and modern UX design. This position will be located on site in the Old Greenwich office.

Responsibilities:Demonstrating an ability to analyze complex technical problems, you will be required to make sound technical decisions in a proactive & self-directed manner. With responsibility across all phases of the technology lifecycle.Full stack development experience which includes strong JavaScript with a focus on ReactJS 16 & Node.JS skillsResponsible for high-quality code which will be shaping company growth & client experienceTest, evaluate & recommend technologies to improve our overall solutionsWork closely with proprietary core trading engine to deliver scalable & high-performance solutionsCommun icate & collaborate with our global research & trading teams to design & deliver innovative & high-quality solutionsProvide day-to-day support for the applicationsDevelop & design white label trading solutions that meet our client's needs

Required Qualifications:

Exceptional engineering experience with any additional skills around a broad range of web technologies as a plusMust have 5+ years of relevant industry experience in JavaScript web technologies on NodeJS & ReactJSMust have 4+ years experience of design principles & how to achieve them. Preferred knowledge of modern languages of CSS3/SASS & HTML5Previous experience in FinTech is preferredMust have 2+ years experience with relational SQL databases & best practicesExposure to NGINX and load-balancing softwareExposure to CI/CD pipelinesProficient in Git for code versioningSolid understanding of TCP standards & network protocolsExperience with real-time systems2+ years experience with Unix platform (RHEL)Must have 5+ years professional experience as a Senior Full Stack DeveloperIf you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
