The primary duties include researching business processes, determining profitability and ROI and making reports with recommendations and analyzing the potential impact of their recommendations. Communication with the department directors, the administration team, and the Board of Directors is required. Secondary duties involve other financial reporting and analysis as determined by the Director of Finance. Required Qualifications Must be at least18 years of age. Proof of education completed but not less than high school education or equivalent. 2-4 years of relevant experience in corporate finance. Strong working knowledge of financial modeling. Ability to operate a computer and have a high level of proficiency in Excel. Ability to effectively communicate in oral and written form. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Attention to accuracy and detail required. Must have a well-groomed, professional appearance. Must have the mental and physical ability to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation, the essential functions of the job. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of MGRMC staff and support personnel. Ability to lift, carry, pull, & push 50 pounds. Language proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal fluency. Preferred Qualifications A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field Analytical and financial modeling skills Strategic thinking Ability to influence and persuade Knowledge of Meditech systems and related technologies Excellent time management and organizational ability Ability to multitask and meet constant deadlines
