Seeking a Water & Wastewater Project Manager in Cincinnati, Ohio

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Water & Wastewater Project Manager to join our team for a permanent position based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Our client is one of the leading Civil Engineering companies specializing in water treatment facilities across the United States.

Responsibilities: As a Water & Wastewater Project Manager at our company, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of projects related to designing and building new or upgrading existing water treatment plants. You will also manage teams working on various stages of these projects from concept through construction completion.

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree (or higher) preferred with experience as project manager within civil engineering sector. - Proven track record delivering complex multi-disciplinary design-build contracts - Ability to balance multiple priorities while adhering strictly to deadlines

The Firm: - Recently landed a $20 million, 10-year wet weather storage tank project,, alongside the worlds largest pump station and a $17 million plant. - Local projects include treatment plants, pump stations, sewers are a large portion too. - 3 offices across Ohio - Columbus, Cincinnati & Cleveland. Columbus was opened as part of their goal to double in size by 2027. - They are a 100% employee-owned firm, whereby all employees gain eligibility after a year of employment no matter what position. This creates a culture like no other where everyone has a say in the direction of the firm, projects, and all work toward the same goal. - Additionally, they adopt a very flexible hybrid schedule - most offices have 3 days from home and 2 in the office. - Extremely invested in the growth of their employees, with a Leadership Program employees can be enrolled onto, mentoring, career coaching and more

Salary Information: The successful candidate would receive remuneration dependent upon their level expertise shown during interview process along other factors discussed mutually by both parties.
