Service can make or break a dining experience. And by service we mean you - the server. Youre a bottomless pit of menu answers, and you control the flow of the meal. You have a constructive relationship with the whole staff, show up at all the right times and dance through health standards with ease. Its a lot, but its worth it. Because the more quality tables you turn over, the more money you can make.
