Pay: $17/hour Shift: 1st Shift | 7:30 AM - 4 PM | Monday-Friday What You'll Do: Respond to driver gate calls and schedule shipping/receiving appointments Enter orders into 3PL systems and create bills of lading (bols) Schedule carrier pickups and send shipping confirmations Process incoming deliveries, including packing lists and labels Manage shipping/receiving, sign-in/out, and assist with cycle counts and inventory tracking Qualifications: Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills and reliable attendance Why You'll Love This Job: Enjoy a full benefits package with medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, short-term disability, and a 401(k) plan.
