Product Management
**Product Manager, Data Warehouse**
Product Management
Stripe builds economic infrastructure to grow the GDP of the internet. We also built infrastructure to grow... Stripe As Stripe continues to scale rapidly, we need a means to ingest, enrich, store and serve critical user and financial data. This data is generated across all of Stripe, touching almost every product, funds flow and user interaction. And the data is critical to Stripe creating analytics and reporting experiences for Stripes users, internal Stripe teams, investors and other stakeholders.

To meet this need, weve embarked on a cross-company effort to design and build the way well ingest, enrich, store and serve this data for the next decade, and were looking for the product leader for that effort
**You will:**
* Deeply understand the users and downstream consumers of this data touching multiple business domains, by working with Stripes users, and with Stripes technical and business teams
* Partner with engineering leaders to design ingestion, enrichment, storage and serving interfaces to meet these user needs. Youll synthesize and champion the various users and stakeholders to ensure we create surprisingly great experiences
* Own the product strategy and roadmap for this critical infrastructure
* Be a leader, do-er and change agent in helping us execute effectively
**Were looking for someone who has:**
* 6-10+ years of experience as a Product Manager in technology companies. Experience managing and mentoring Product Managers is a plus
* Experience building platform infrastructure that serves and balances the needs of multiple users and stakeholders. Youre excited by thinking through the right balance between flexibility and consistency, and comfortable communicating prioritization among competing user needs
* Experience transforming legacy systems into their next generation
* Familiarity with workflows, systems and technologies to ingest, enrich, store and serve data (e.g. Tableau/Looker/DataStudio; Snowflake/RedShift/BigQuery; Spark/Hadoop/AWS EMR)
* The ability to work cross functionally and speak multiple languages: youre equally credible as a thought partner for Engineering, Finance or Legal leaders
* Most importantly, were looking for great product managers who deeply understand their users, turn that into great plans, and make those plans happen. Even if you dont have all the experience above wed encourage you to apply if this role excites you
Stripe is helping the internet fulfill its potential as a platform for economic progress by building software tools that accelerate global economic access and technological development. Stripe makes it easy to start, run and scale an internet business from anywhere in the world.
We look at Stripe as a constant work in progress and the same is true of our people; for all of us, we believe the best is yet to come. Were here to support each other in our curiosity and creativity

which we pursue through thoughtful discussion and knowledge-sharing among a diverse set of peers and colleagues.
We want to work in a company of warm, inclusive people who treat their colleagues exceptionally well. The kind of people who are committed to going out of their way to help other Stripes in the short-term and pushing them to improve over the long-term (by helping them to get better at what they do).
Were a highly cross-functional organization and view that as part of the fun: we design our space to encourage as much collaboration as possible. We have long tables in the kitchen for a reason (to enable everyone to meet new people and learn from them). We also have a culture of transparency that we carry through to email communication, ensuring that Stripes all around the world have the information they need to make good local decisions. In both our products and our people, we aim to reflect, represent and advocate for all of our users, globally. Our users transcend geography, culture and language; what we share, collectively, is a drive to create a fairer, more economically interconnected world.
