Description
As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will:
Exhibits a genuine cheerful and friendly demeanor at all times. Approachable, warm and helpful. Conducts self to reflect the high standards of professionalism within Concord. Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate. Greets and directs visitors to the company. Takes and retrieves messages for various Concord team members. Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website, and other related information. Receives sorts and forwards incoming mail. Maintains and routes publications. Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.). Keep mail room and storage areas orderly and hazard free. Complete the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies. Clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating. Administrative support for the various department leaders. Stocks break rooms with supplies and keep the break rooms tidy. Run, unload and put away dishes in break rooms. Manage office equipment and assists other associates with the operation of office equipment. Publishes OnCue each week. Follows safety and security procedures. Learn, understands and refers to the Concord Operating Procedures. Order catering for meetings. Keep water stocked for visitors. Assist with in house meetings and trainings.
