RPA Developer II

This position is responsible for developing and maintaining Robotic Process Automation (RPA) scripts, providing technical support, maintenance, application configuration as a result in change of workflow related to the RPA process, quality improvement, user support, and implementation throughout the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for all aspects of RPA including, discovery, solution design/scope, development, testing, implementation and monitoring in production/support.
  • Provide developer leadership and direction, as well as project management for small to medium sized RPA projects.
  • Monitor RPA scripts, improving performance of such scripts through programming changes or configuration.
  • Ensure business operations remain smooth and documents processes. A wide degree of creativity is expected.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field. Relevant progressive professional work experience will substitute on a year-for-year basis in lieu of Bachelor's degree.
  • Proficiency with Robotic Process Automation tools such as UiPath (required)
  • Four (4) years of experience with healthcare clinical, business and financial systems/applications, with ability to understand how the various systems interact from an enterprise perspective.
  • Three (3) years of developing software solutions with programming.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Broad implementation experience in systems analysis, design, development, configuration, testing, and integration of large enterprise-wide application systems, systems and software, systems integration/interfacing, programming languages, Graphical Use Interface concepts, database understanding, and data manipulation.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer-focused service to resolve and troubleshoot workflows and end user production automation issues.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and software packages.
  • Experience with programming in object-oriented or scripting languages.
  • Prefer knowledge and experience with health care information systems.
  • Strong written, verbal, documentation, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Certifications in related fields of Robotic Process Automation or AI/Artificial Intelligence.
  • Related experience, or robotic process automation including designing, coding testing, and documenting new systems or automation solutions, and minimal project management experience.
