Job Description: As a Recruiter with Rancho Health, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare by sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent. This position requires managing residency programs, traveling to foster relationships with business leaders and residents, collaborating with external vendors, and hosting candidates for on-site interviews. Your efforts will ensure that our teams are staffed with individuals who are not only highly skilled but also deeply committed to advancing healthcare services. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee residency programs, ensuring their successful operation and alignment with organizational goals. Travel regularly to meet with business leaders and residents, building and maintaining strong professional relationships. Work closely with external vendors to support recruitment efforts and operational needs. Host physicians and other healthcare professionals for on-site interviews, providing a welcoming and informative experience. Collaborate with hiring managers and teams across Rancho Health and OMO to understand staffing needs and fill vacancies efficiently. Implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the healthcare industry. Qualifications: Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition within the healthcare sector. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with individuals at all levels. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Willingness to travel as needed for business purposes. A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.

Work Model: Full-time, in-person position with the option for a hybrid work model. Candidates should be open to working at least one day a week from the office, located in either Temecula or Ventura.
