Construction Project Engineer / Project Manager (Entry Level)

Responsibilities:

Budget Administration and Management

Processing of Owner and Subcontractor Change Orders

Processing of Owner and Subcontractor Draw Applications

Assist in Buyout, and Preparing Subcontracts and Purchase Orders

Processing of Requests for Information (RFIs)

Processing of Submittals

As-Built and Record Document Management

Owner/Architect Meeting Preparation and Participation

Safety Documentation Administration and Management

Jobsite Office and File Management

Punchlist Program Management

Closeout Documentation Preparation and Presentation

Requirements:

A strong work ethic

A self-starter with a can-do attitude

Proficient computer skills including good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Experience with Bluebeam Revu, Autodesk Build and/or Microsoft Project a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Stable Employment History or equivalent in

Construction/Engineering

Education
