IT Specialist

Position Summary: The IT Specialist is primarily responsible for providing technical on-site and remote support to employees.

*This position will require traveling to our distribution center in Kissimmee*

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: Support of RBD applications including RAS (Route Accounting & Settlement) software, selling & delivery, routing & dispatch, surveys, Print Shop, and iPad solutions for various location(s) Network configuration & problem solving in Windows, Apple, and Citrix environments Support and troubleshoot local hardware issues related to desktops, laptops, iPads, printers, mobile devices, and A/V Equipment Asset management of location's end-user devices (mobile, desktops, and laptops) Procure, manage, maintain, & troubleshoot cellular and mobile devices Work with IT Service Center on support issues with high degree of responsiveness; provide efficient escalation of issues where appropriate to IT team members Provide accurate incident & problem management reporting as required by using IT Service Center ticketing system Ability to effectively work with business users and corporate IT to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements Assist business and Corporate IT with training employees on existing or new solutions Provide onsite assistance for any RBD acquisitions and integrations Provide testing on new or updated applications; help implement, deploy, and support corporate wide solutions Required to work in a collaborative team environment with the ability to communicate and coordinate with the business and all areas within the IT function
