ASC Engineered Solutions is looking for aBenefits and Compensation Analystthat will support the Benefits and Compensation functions. The ideal candidate will partner with the Benefits and Compensation Leader, in addition to the entire Human Resources team, in contributing to the continued maturation of both functions for the company.

What Will You Do?

Benefits Analysis and Processes

  • Analyze company benefits and general market trends, leading to future strategy updates
  • Own invoice tracking and approvals for all employee benefit vendors and partners
  • Manage wellness program
  • Act as front-line contact for both the ASC HR team as well as ASC's benefit vendors
  • Conduct internal benefits audits, in addition to project managing the annual 401(k) audit
  • Track 401(k) analysis, eligibility, compliance, funding and general processes
  • Assist with Open Enrollment planning, meetings and strategies
  • Develop New Hire onboarding and benefit orientation approaches for broader HR team to adopt
  • Ensure company is staying compliant with ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA and FMLA
  • Lead annual ACA Compliance projects
  • Maintain understanding of FSA, HSA, DFSA accounts
  • Work with ADP to enhance the online benefit experience for ASC employees
  • Collaborate with ASC's HRIS team to improve efficiency amongst current benefit data and file feeds
  • Identify approaches to increase candidate attraction and employee retention.
  • Ensure policies are reviewed in time to avoid rushed renewals or lapsing
  • Assist with onboarding new employees by way of acquisitions.
Compensation Analysis and Processes
  • Support analyses on broad compensation trends within the company, including the development and maintenance of compensation metrics and dashboards
  • Quickly learn ASC compensation philosophies and assist in carrying out new strategies within the vein
  • Partner with leaders across Corporate, Distribution Centers and plant locations to support pay for a diverse workforce and help to design processes to support ongoing compensation changes.
  • Partner with HR Business partners to support the process of tracking and evaluating job changes to recommend potential changes in compensation guidance.
  • Support the compensation leader and HRIS team during annual merit and bonus cycles
What Will The Ideal Candidate Bring?
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Journalism, Economics, Psychology, or related field
  • 2 - 4+ years' experience in Benefits, Compensation or Human Resources Related field.
  • A strong understanding of Self-Insured benefit plans and how they operate
  • Preferred experience supporting a manufacturing environment
  • Talented project management skills and ability to oversee and deliver across multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and the ability to keep learning new techniques and other analytical software
  • Skilled writing abilities
  • Experience with ADP Vantage is a plus
