Staff Accountant
As Staff Accountant at NANA Healthcare Management, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy of our financial records. You will work closely with our accounting team to process accounts payable and receivable, credit cards and checking accounts, and ensure accuracy in our financial documents.

Type: Full time
Pay Rate: $21 - $24/HR
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 4:30pm

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounting transactions using QuickBooks for the following primary accounts: Checking, Receivables, Payables, Credit Cards, intercompany
  • Coordinate information from various sources: banks, billing companies, vendors.
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations.
  • Use Excel to create spreadsheets, reports and reconciliations for internal and external use.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an Accounting role.
  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, understanding the importance of both of these qualities.
  • Self starter, taking initiative in identifying and solving accounting issues as they arise.
  • Good communication and organizational abilities.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field. Not necessary in lieu of applicable experience.
