At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role typically rangesbetween $126,000 and $155,000. This position has an annual target bonus of 10%. Design, install, and optimize our LAN/WAN, ensuring robust securityand stellar performance. Spearhead projects that modernize our network, enhancing connectivityacross all locations. Partner with IT Security to fortify our defenses against emerging threats,maintaining the integrity and security of our data network. Drive cost-effective telecommunications solutions, maximizing efficiencyfor all stakeholders. Navigate vendor relations to ensure competitive pricing and serviceexcellence, including managing maintenance contracts and ensuring value formoney. Lead and mentor a team of network engineers, fostering skill developmentand collaboration, and providing leadership during the Senior NetworkManager s absence. Monitor network performance, identifying and resolving issues promptly toensure uninterrupted service. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the integration ofnetwork technology with business applications, enhancing operationalefficiency. Develop and implement network security policies and procedures in alignmentwith industry best practices, working closely with the IT Security team. Represent the networking function at weekly Change Advisory Board (CAB)meetings, outlining proposed network service changes across the enterprise. You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):* Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or comparable work experience.* A minimum of 10 years leading teams in the design and support of enterprisenetworking environments.* Certifications in Cisco CCNP (implementing routing and switching) andCisco CCNA (interconnecting routing and switching).* Demonstrated ability to architect and support a network comprising at least22 Cisco Core Enterprise Interconnected Devices.* The ability to work a weekly 3/2 (office/home) hybrid schedule. We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):* ARCH v3 Expertise in Enterprise Wireless Architecture Design.* CCNAX v3 Skilled in Enterprise Wireless Interconnecting.* MPLS v3 Proficiency in Enterprise Routing.* CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure Certification, signifying a deep levelof expertise.* Master's degree in a relevant field, providing advanced knowledge andskills.
