Responsibilities
- Manage all internal aspects and tasks projects including review of data, analyzing information and determining compliance with standards and design concepts.
- Lead the creation of preliminary and completed layouts, design concepts, and detailed design drawings, ensuring they meet our company and industry standards and codes.
- Utilize, teach and delegate the use of applications to generate drawings, reports, or other technically based delivered per specific project requirements.
- Stamp/seal work performed, and work performed by those on your team.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or field of expertise or equivalent experience
- Licensed Professional Engineer
- 4+ years of experience in appropriate field of expertise
- Self-motivated, engaged, and team-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Handle multiple tasks under pressure and prioritize responsibilities
- Exhibit leadership in planning and/or design concepts and methods and challenge convention
- Ability to successfully manage all internal aspects of projects/project tasks
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability and willingness to mentor and lead technical staff
- AutoCAD Civil3Dexperience
