Alexander Technology Group is working with a local client here near Dedham, MA.

Any experience with CRM or ERP systems (Client is implementing a Dynamics CRM but this person does not need to have that specific experience)

They are currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst who will report to the VP of IT and work closely with business stakeholders to ensure our application and information systems are aligned with current and future business requirements. As an analyst, you will identify and document business requirements, describe and diagram business processes, and then assist in the formulation, scoping and development of overall technical/business solution. The position requires significant analytical thinking and at times involves being able to take a broader perspective to question and challenge existing ways of doing things in order to develop the best overall solution. The business system analyst will be expected to obtain a deep business process knowledge of companies business-sales, service, operations, and finance. The candidate must have the ability to interact effectively with all business end users, grasp both technical and business needs quickly and possess outstanding verbal, writing, presentation, and flow-charting skills. Qualifications And Experience

BA or BS in Information Systems, Information Technology, or Computer Science

At least 5 years Business System Analyst experience

Must possess ability to communicate and interact effectively at both technical and business level

Must possess excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

Must possess outstanding skills in use of flow-charting software (Visio, Smart Draw etc.) and presentation software (Power Point etc.)

At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing and distribution environment

Must have experience working with CRM Systems (Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Sales Force, etc) and experience with ERP systems such as IFS, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics.

Experience with data analysis and BI/Reporting Platforms such as PowerBI, Tableau, Excel Power Pivot a plus
