Credit and collections coordinator

salary: $24 - $28 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
- Process customer credit card payments and pre-authorizations
- -Follow up on credit card declines. Maintain accurate credit card information
- -Post customer payments daily, researching and resolving any discrepancies
- -Process customer returns on a timely basis
- -Perform customer account analysis & reconciliation
- -Establish and monitor credit limits. Release credit-qualified orders
- -Maintain accurate credit limit records in ERP system and credit insurance portal
- -Perform collection calls & emails. Maintain an accurate log of past-due balances
- -Negotiate payment plans with clients to resolve outstanding balances
- -Investigate customer charge-backs by directly communicating with customers, sales and sourcing teams to analyze and resolve the charges
- -Respond to credit reference requests
