Security Sergeant The Security Sergeant will perform a variety of security and safety related functions while involved in the safeguarding of employees, patients, visitors, physicians and property. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Will provide supervision, leadership, and oversight for assigned shift Will coordinate with Director to resolve shift, patrol routes, employee issues & scheduling Directs visitors, patients, vendors to correct locations; distributes passes Performs unit/building clock tours daily Conducts security rounds for safety violations Reports all hazardous conditions to the proper departments Monitors cameras / alarms at command posts Investigates all (police type) incident reports Performs other duties as assigned.
