As a Custodian/Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for keeping exteriors, common areas, vacant units, sidewalks and alleyways of property in a clean and safe condition and will assist in other types of basic maintenance, when necessary.Hourly Rate: $18.00-$20.00/hourWhy this Custodian/Maintenance Technician Role is Special:Ownership & Impact: As a Custodian/Maintenance Technician you will take full ownership of keeping your property's maintenance, treating it as your own business.Variety & Change: From assisting in all aspects of the property's maintenance to working closely with the Maintenance team, this role offers a dynamic and challenging environment where no two days are the same.
