Position Highlights: Location: Torrance, California Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Home Visits: Included as part of comprehensive care On-Call: Phone-only call rotation, a few nights or weekends per month Specialties Accepted: Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Geriatrics Key Requirements: MD or DO degree Active California medical license Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine Eligibility to serve Medicare and Medi-Cal participants Compensation & Benefits: Up to $60,000 in total sign-on and relocation bonuses $10,000 sign-on bonus Up to $50,000 relocation assistance Generous PTO Package: 17 days Paid Time Off 6 sick days 12 paid holidays Weekend-Free Schedule (except for minimal phone on-call) CME Reimbursement Full malpractice and tail coverage Medical Director Growth Track - leadership pathways for career advancement Comprehensive Insurance: Medical, dental, and vision 401(k) with employer match equity grantsaa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
