Position: Sales Representative

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

1. Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales:

- Conduct B2B sales activities, engaging with clients to understand their flooring and design needs.

2. Sales Generation:

- Identify and prospect potential customers in the flooring and home goods industry.

- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our flooring and home goods products.

3. Product Knowledge:

- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the products and services offered, including flooring, cabinets, tile, and countertops.

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's product offerings, pricing, and competitive advantages.

4. Customer Consultation:

- Provide professional design consultations to clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their project requirements.

5. Virtual Consultations:

- Utilize virtual consultation tools for remote discussions with clients, ensuring convenient and efficient service.

6. Travel:

- Travel extensively (approximately 90% of the time) to meet clients, assess project requirements, and present product offerings.

7. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

- Understand clients' needs and requirements and provide tailored product solutions.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.

8. Sales Target Achievement:

- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success and growth of the business.

- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve individual and team targets.

9. Customer Service:

- Ensure exceptional customer service from initial contact through the completion of the project.

- Provide prompt responses to inquiries, resolve problems, and offer product information.

10. Qualifications:

- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the flooring or home improvement industry.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

- Proficient in computer skills.

11. Benefits:
