This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion. Position Responsibilities Lead and support Credit Team Leads and Analysts, ensuring effective onboarding and ongoing team development.

Recruit, retain and motivate team members for top performance.

Manage daily, weekly and monthly staff schedules.

Work with Credit Management to implement new credit procedures that boost cash flow and reduce losses.

Assess credit risks related to customer segments, products, industries and third-party ratings.

Minimum Requirements Bachelors degree. Focus in finance, accounting or a related field

preferred.

3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in credit or collections.

2+ years of leadership experience.

Strong understanding of credit risk assessment, financial analysis and credit limit determination.
