The Successful candidate will have demonstrated professional experience in a wide variety of bridge and highway design projects.Below are a few of the key qualifications they are looking for:Transportation Engineering Design BackgroundLeadership Capabilities w/ Regards to Managing and Developing Projects and TeamProven Project ManagerDesign experience in structures and/or highway Department of Transportation (DOT) projectsPE License, NCEES certified with ability to be licensed in any StateJob RequirementsBachelors degree in Civil Engineering is required.PE is preferred ( Indiana and or Ohio)Minimum 5 years of experience working as a transportation design engineer Experience with design and plan development for DOT and transit projects; INDOT and ODOT preferredProficiency with AutoCAD and OpenRoads/MicroStationDiversified knowledge of engineering principles and practicesDiversified knowledge of technology, materials, equipment, design concepts and construction techniquesRecruitment Agency Statement: Resource International Inc.
