Job Overview: The Web Content Management System Se nior Business Analyst will support the development and maintenance of the clients website and Content Management System (CMS), including enterprise templates, components, assets, tags. In addition, the Business Analyst will support optimizing organic search functionalities and enhancing digital services, web performance, and UX. The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for leading and managing document ation efforts for requirement analysis, developing process es , procedures and guidance for teams and organizations , developing implementation plans, creating user acceptance testing , and identifying project activities (as required ) for BLN24 projects . The Senior Business Analyst will meet with senior leadership and customers to develop a path forward for business and technical development, growth, and improvement .

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Senior Business Analyst will perform the following responsibilities:

+ Project Management Skills : Experience in leading and managing projects from inception to completion. Must be able to oversee project timelines, resources, and budgets, and coordinate with other teams to ensure successful project delivery.

+ Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills : Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, to a variety of stakeholders. Must be able to facilitate meetings, negotiate solutions, and present findings clearly and persuasively.

+ Extensive Experience : 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field. Experience should include project management, strategy development, and working directly with and managing relationships with stakeholders to understand and address business needs.

+ Advanced Analytical Skills : Proficiency in using advanced analytical and data visualization tools such as SQL, Python, R, or business intelligence platforms like Tableau or Power BI. Ability to analyze complex datasets to derive insights and inform business decisions.

+ Strategic Development and Documentation : Lead strategic initiative planning and documentation across all business functions, ensuring robust testing and alignment with both organizational goals and customer expectations.

+ Effective Communication and Reporting : Manage and produce essential documents and presentations for varying levels of management, ensuring clarity and detailed reporting on project statuses and strategies.

+ Project Leadership and Innovation : Oversee complex projects with a focus on testing, system enhancements, and the integration of new technologies to streamline operations and improve business processes.

Required Skills/Abilities:

+ Expertise in Content Management Systems : Proficient in platforms like Adobe Experience Manager/CMS and Drupal, with a strong understanding of SEO, UX/UI design, and customer experience optimization.

+ Leadership and Team Collaboration : Demonstrated leadership abilities with skills in team building and effective collaboration across project teams and stakeholders.

+ Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills : Strong capability for innovation and conceptual thinking with the ability to analyze issues independently and devise effective solutions.

+ Communication and Interpersonal Skills : Excellent at communicating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and excelling in teamwork environments.

+ Project Management : Skilled in managing multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with keen attention to detail and organizational prowess.

+ Stakeholder Engagement : Experienced in influencing stakeholders and working closely with them to determine acceptable solutions; adept at facilitating discussions between business sponsors, senior leadership, and project teams.

+ Presentation Skills : Ability to present requirements, testing results, and business outcomes effectively to senior leadership and executives.

Education and Experience:

+ A bachelors degree in business or related field or an MBA is preferred .

+ Scrum Master or PMP certification is required .

+ Must have 5 -8 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.

+ Must have led mid-size to large projects and initiatives.

+ Must have experience with writing requirements for project teams and organizations.

+ Must have developed processes, procedures, and guidance documents.

+ Will be able to lead efforts related to B usiness, T echnical , and F unctional R equirements Documents, C oncept of O perations D ocument, Use Cases, Process Flows, and Interface Designs .

+ Familiarity with Sprinklr, Lucidworks Fusion, Adobe Solr , Adobe Launch, and/or Google Analytics tools
