Job Title: ReceptionistJob Description

Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages. Greet and welcome visitors and maintain the organizations visitor log. Open, sort, and route mail; prepare outgoing mail; stamp and distribute incoming invoices; and distribute incoming faxes and other interoffice paperwork. Complete and distribute shipping documents and UPS labels; generate appropriate reports. Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and office supply management. Provide information to clients and employees in response to inquiries. Operate and maintain office machines, multi-line phone bank and paging system, postage meter, UPS label maker, and others. Order office supplies and make service order calls for office equipment, weekly or as needed. Make travel arrangements for personnel, as needed. Utilize UPS shipping software and MS Office software; maintain and update MS Outlook database, MS CRM, and MS NAV. Create and distribute office memos and announcements as requested by Management. Maintain the organizations calendars. Attend and contribute to all required meetings. Support the team with other clerical duties as needed.

Hard Skills

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is a plus

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

+ Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

+ Bilingual Spanish a plus

Soft Skills

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

+ Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer service skills

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
