Real Chemistry is looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team. The Project Manager (PM) is ultimately responsible for excellent delivery on their assigned piece of business, owning projects that include slide decks, print work, and smaller digital initiatives. From initiating to final closing, the PM plans, coordinates, creates, and launches deliverables and is the main point of contact, working with Account Managers to align implementation plans across internal and external cross?functional teams. They define scope and objectives, develop detailed work plans, schedules, and status reports, and manage budgets and invoicing. They conduct project meetings, ensure adherence to quality standards, and hold the team accountable for delivering high?quality work on time and on budget. What youll do Effectively communicate expectations to internal teams and vendors to facilitate workflow. Interface with key agency teams to ensure milestones are met (Account, Creative, Studio, Editorial, Print Production, Strategic Planning, Information UX, Technology, Programmers). Plan, schedule, and monitor work to meet time, budget, and quality targets according to guidelines. Collaborate with finance and accounting on revenue recognition and invoicing processes. Communicate with the client and stakeholders about project details at all phases. Perform risk planning and mitigation to minimize project risk. Help create service or departmental standard operating procedures. Route deliverables for review and sign?off via the electronic project routing system. Ensure sign?off before key junctures (brand review, MLR review, asset handoff, etc.). Enforce agency processes and manage the quality assurance (QA) phase for all projects. Required experience and skills 3+ years of Project/Program Management or relevant experience. 2+ years of budget management experience. Working familiarity with industry?specific processes, including MLR review. Background on promotional projects for Medical Education. Track record of leading small to medium?scale products from conception to completion. Experience working cross?functionally with copy, design, account, and PM counterparts. Proficient in creating timelines and tracking progress against schedules. Excellent communication: clear, concise written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Pay Range Pay Range: $70,000$90,000. Compensation is determined based on job?related, non?discriminatory factors such as experience and location, and may be modified at any time.
