Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing general housekeeping and cleaning throughout the offices, break rooms and restrooms throughout the Distribution Center. Maintaining the outside of the distribution center, ie. dock pits, pallet staging, fence line, truck parking.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Dump trash from offices, bathrooms, break rooms, and docks
  • Clean offices, bathrooms, break rooms, and outside property
  • Clean offices, bathrooms, and break room floors
  • Dispose of plastics, carboards, shrink wrap, banding
  • Buffing floors on a monthly basis
  • Operate sweeper in the Distribution Center
Essential Functions:
  • Ability to maintain work area cleanliness and general housekeeping regarding offices, bathrooms, break rooms, and outside property areas.
  • Ability to read, write, and follow directions in regards to SOP's, WI's, Management instructions, and other job related instructions.
  • Basic communication skills required.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to operate and maintain equipment in a safe manner at all times.
  • Ability to self-manage, prioritize, multi-task and work under deadlines.
  • Ability to perform manual tasks under varying temperatures conditions in usually an indoor warehouse environment.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position
    • Semi-moderate to moderate physical activity.
    • Including but not limited to sitting, standing, hand/arm manipulation, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, seeing, touching/feeling, hearing, and crouching.
    • Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
Education, Experience, and Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
