**The Opportunity**

Our team is building Allys Generative AI Platform, enabling teams and applications across the organization to leverage AI in a safe and performant way. We aim to operate like a startup in an enterprise environment, moving quickly and iteratively working with our partners to get to the best solution. As we scale our platform, its imperative that we have a mature observability and testing framework. This role will focus in these areas, partnering with our Enterprise Observability, Sustain, and Testing teams to help ensure our platform is a reliable enterprise asset for our stakeholders to confidently leverage. The ideal candidate is a strong team player, versatile in their skillset, loves to learn, and welcomes new challenges.

**The Work Itself**

* Work with partner teams to assist in onboarding and ensure full coverage of platform capabilities to enterprise testing and observability tools, as well as developing any internal frameworks that may best suite the team's need.

* Collaborates with other developers and provides significant contributions to develop specifications to resolve stakeholder questions, technical problems, and to address enhancement needs.

* Uses technical knowledge, creativity and company practices and priorities to obtain solutions to complex problems.

* Interfaces with senior management to provide and obtain information and to build consensus regarding project direction.

* Interacts directly with partnering teams and stakeholders.

* Serves as a mentor to lower level developers.

**The Skills You Bring**

* 3+ years of experience preferred.

* Preferred Technology Stack: Python, Terraform, AWS

* Experience with observability tools such as Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk is a plus.

* Experience with test automation is a plus.

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other related discipline preferred.

* Knowledge of all phases of software development including design, coding, testing, debugging, implementation, and support.

* Experience writing and reviewing software design specifications in an object oriented development environment.

* Ability to thoroughly understand the business issues surrounding each project.

* Ability to respond directly to questions from business clients.

* Ability to be a technical authority and work with other team members.

* Knowledge of standard change management tools and processes.

* Ability to work in a team environment.

* Advanced hands on knowledge and experience.
