The Job Opportunity

At Delaware North Travel, we are seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Clerk to work at Buffalo Airport in Buffalo, New York. This role involves working across shipping, receiving, and inventorying or being dedicated to a specific team.

Availability is required on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 6am-2pm.

Compensation Package

The hourly rate for this position is $16.48 - $16.48 per hour.

Responsibilities
  • Unloading, unpacking, and inspecting shipments of products. Reporting any damage, missing items, or inconsistencies as directed.
  • Pricing items with appropriate mark-ups and labeling with size and color for inventory control.
  • Maintaining the recycling program, collecting cardboard and placing it in the appropriate areas.
  • Assisting in maintaining merchandise counts, daily records, and transfers within the inventory system.
  • Assisting in physical inventories.
  • Informing supervisors of low or over-abundance stock levels.
  • Ensuring all work areas are neat, clean, and organized with strong attention to safety.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
About You
  • Minimum one year experience working in a warehouse environment.
  • Experience with data entry systems, inventorying, and shipping.
  • Computer knowledge and good communication skills.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle counts accurately.
  • Weekend availability.
Physical Requirements
  • Able to carry and lift up to 55 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Frequent bending, stooping, carrying, walking, and reaching above shoulders.
