POSITION OVERVIEW:
As the Controller, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of the firm. Collaborating with our senior leadership team, you will lead financial operations, drive efficiency, and ensure compliance. This is an opportunity to showcase your financial acumen and make a lasting impact on a dynamic and forward-thinking organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with the firms mission, vision and goals.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented finance team, fostering a collaborative and a results-driven culture.
- Financial Analysis: Oversee financial reporting, audits, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for efficiency and implement streamlined financial processes.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: Minimum of eight years in financial leadership roles. Professional services industry experience is preferred.
- Strategic Thinker: A visionary leader with a track record of implementing successful financial strategies.
- Collaborative: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Results-Driven: Demonstrated success in achieving financial targets.
