Understanding of and experience in plastics injection molding preferred

Job Responsibilities

Repair and troubleshoot existing robot and PLC programs

Program cameras for vision inspection to catch defects on parts

Design, build and maintain end of arm tooling

Participate in new product launch activities related to automation and work cell set up

Support and assist Automation Techs with repair to EOA tooling

Participate in continual improvement activities including but not limited to: work cell layout improvements, developing standards for new equipment, maintaining plant layouts, etc

Identify and correct inefficiencies with current processes

Other duties as assigned by the Engineering Manager

Requirements

Applicants must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Must be fluent in English

Must be able to use basic tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, etc

Must have a valid drivers license and willing to commute between facilities
