Work Shift: Night - 12 Hour (United States of America) We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business. 7p-7a Provides direct patient care in the Special Care Nursery. Provides assessment and planning for individualized patient care. Communicates with physicians about changes in patient's clinical condition. Responds quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Performs general nursing duties in the Special Care Nursery with adequate supervision. Participates in performance improvement activities. Ensures appropriate resources to all internal/external customers. Responsible for carrying out the mission, vision and quality commitment of Houston Healthcare. Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing. Residency or Fellowship programs may apply depending on department and experience. Current US state RN license with authorization to practice in the state of GA. Current AHA/ARC BLS certification. NRP certification or obtained within nine (9) months of hire. Must be able to utilize standard office equipment. Must be able to utilize diagnostic equipment as well as patient care equipment. Must be able to utilize personal protective equipment such as gloves, gown, mask, etc. Successful candidates will be subject to criminal background and drug screens.
