Job Description

L&W Supply is a leading specialty distributor of drywall, ceiling tiles, steel framing and other building materials used by commercial and residential contractors. L&W Supply delivers the products and capabilities offered by a national distributor paired with the service and personal touch usually found only in a locally owned business.

If you are a dependable and personable individual who is looking for a rewarding career with an established company, we want to hear from you As a Tint Specialist, you will work with acrylic based materials and color match for customers.

Specific duties may include:
  • Utilizing a computer-operated machine for dispensing various pigments
  • Effectively meeting customers color matching needs
  • Following all applicable safety rules and procedures
  • Providing color samples for customers
  • Spread samples of material using a plaster trowel
  • Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
  • Maintaining all products in a quality and marketable condition
  • Working independently and efficiently
  • Color matching materials by sight
Specific qualifications include:
  • Minimum 1 year of mixing paints, color matching, and/or EIFS
  • Ability to be trained and licensed/certified by L&W Supply to operate forklift equipment
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 250 lbs with assistance
  • Previous work in a warehouse environment is preferred
  • Ability to interact and serve customers
