We offer a variety of programs including inpatient and outpatient behavioral health, residential treatment for court-involved teenage girls, geriatric services, clinical day treatment schools and chemical dependency services. Through our multi-site network of care, we constantly strive to meet its mission in helping people find their way while educating and empowering individuals to participate in their own care and recovery. _*Job Summary:*_ Responsible for the supervision of all nursing staff and patient care related activities as well as the communication and escalation of staff, patient and facility related safety concerns. * Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required, Bachelor’s degree preferred * Current Connecticut Registered Nurse license required * Minimum 3 years psychiatric nursing experience required * Previous supervisory experience preferred * Computer proficiency and keyboarding skills * Strong organizational skills * Ability to set, prioritize, and meet deadlines We take great care of careers.
