Colorado needs between 500-1000 additional temporary foster care homes to meet the need in our state. Savio specializes in licensing homes for foster youth and foster children who need a temporary home while it provides services to their biological family. The primary goal is family reunification.

Savio is looking for a client-centered, culturally responsive, trauma-informed therapist to join our team

What does an CPA Case Manager do?

  • Identify and overcome barriers.
  • Conduct therapy in the community, in family's homes.
  • Meet weekly for group supervision and expert consultation.
  • Problem solving with foster parents
  • Advocates for the needs of the children
  • Liason between professional teams and foster homes

Salary:

Starting with candidacy (LPCC, SWC, MFTC): $57,000

Starting Licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT): $60,000

Starting MA Bilingual: $62,000

** Supervision towards professional licenses provided in this role

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Master's in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy or related field

Bachelors with extensive experience considered on a case-by-case basis

DORA registration to provide therapy such as LPCC, MFTC, SWC
